The High Holidays are fast approaching, and we're getting in gear here at KC. One doesn't have to look hard today, unfortunately, to see how much Rachamei Shmayim are needed for all of Klal Yisrael. Just in the last 2 weeks, we lost 2 Gedolei Yisroel, more innocent Jews were murdered, and anti-Semitism is again in full view all over the world and on college campuses.
Never fear: we do as always bring out some of the lighter topics in the news, such as this week's story of the discovery that a popular tortilla chip has been shown to turn mice transparent. And also as always we cover the election and politics, events around the US and around the world.

It's almost a year since October 7th, and in that year there have been many ups and downs. The news that came over the weekend of the IDF getting so close to rescuing six hostages from Gaza, only to find they had been murdered, hit all of Klal Yisrael especially hard.  Still, Am Yisrael Chai - as we've said, we know how the story ends, and so we keep the faith - always. We will not break!
We also delve in this episode into other world events, including the latest from Russia - Ukraine, as well as Venezuela, and move into Asia. Of course our coverage of the election also continues with some fresh new clips.

Hezbollah finally retaliated, but not before Israel could preemptively strike a huge number of their missile launchers. Still, the retaliation did come, and the major victims were many. And they were chickens. Actual chickens.
In good news the IDF rescued another hostage that they found alone and gaunt in a terror tunnel, and he is recovering nicely.
In the US, it was a huge week for Team Trump with new endorsements from RFK Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard, while Team Harris has yet to talk to the media in a sit down interview.
Also this week are stories from around the world including Afghanistan, Thailand, Italy, and Mexico.
